Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Payment • 50% deposit to confirm your booking • Balance due 3 days before the shoot • Payment via PayNow, bank transfer, or online payment methods as discussed 2. Rescheduling & Cancellations • Reschedule once (with 7+ days' notice), subject to availability • Cancel >14 days: Deposit retained • Cancel <14 days: 50% charge • Cancel <72 hours: Full fee applies 3. Shoot Day • Please ensure location access, permits (if needed), and readiness • Extra time or changes may incur additional charges 4. Deliverables • Turnaround: 7–21 working days • Express edits available (additional fee applies) • Scope and output will follow agreed brief 5.
